Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 587jl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
In the event of any dispute or complaint regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or any other matter relating to your 587jl Account, you must first contact 587jl's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Any dispute not resolved through the above processes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or such other arbitration body as agreed between the parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Manila, Philippines.
587jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the 587jl platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the 587jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the 587jl platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Subject to the arbitration clause in Section 12.3, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not subject to arbitration.
